Course Description
This webinar will explore the nature of interpersonal relationships and group dynamics. Materials from the Building Trust and Sharing Power modules will be featured. Participants will explore how these two critical practices can advance the way individuals and organization work together more effectively to achieve positive results. The webinar will be balanced between setting the collaborative up for success and how to avoid pitfalls.
